After working on their new Jersey City warehouse/teaching center, we are are really enjoying our relationship with The Cake Boss from The Learning Channel. Today we will be going to be continuing the installation of the new café and bake shop in Ridgewood New Jersey for Carlo's Bakery.
After working with Carlo's on their Jersey City facility, Salon Interiors is now putting the final touches on the cabinets at his new location. Featuring custom cabinetry in warm white English oak with Carlo's Red accents, white Carrera marble countertops, the visual eye candy continues from bottom to top from the penny tile floors to the embossed tin ceilings.
The Ridgewood location will feature cozy places to rest a bit and have a delicious snack, perhaps pick up some cookies to bring along and you can also take classes in cake decoration technique.

You can see some "in progress" photos the installation so far on our Facebook page. This is going to be such a pretty place when it's all done. We'll post photos of that too when it's all ready to make it's public debut. Hopefully, there's going to be some cookies on the shelves that day. Photography can be terribly hard work and we'll need to keep out strength up. At least that's our current excuse reasonable justification for eating cookies.
